  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Warm olive oil in a expansive pot over medium warm. Sauté onion and garlic for 2–3 minutes.
  2. Mix in cumin, chili powder, and paprika. Cook for 1 miniature.
  3. Include diced tomatoes, dark beans, corn, and chicken broth. Bring to a bubble.
  4. Include shredded chicken. Stew for 10–15 minutes.
  5. Blend in lime juice and season with salt and pepper.
