- Season chicken with salt and pepper, then lightly dredge in flour.
- Heat oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken 4–5 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 30 seconds. Add broth, lemon juice, honey, and zest. Simmer for 5–7 minutes until slightly reduced.
- Return chicken to pan and coat with sauce. Simmer 2 more minutes.
