  • ¼ cup flour
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • Fresh parsley

Method
 

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then lightly dredge in flour.
